Protect Your Property Today With a Quality Building

Regular Roofs (Good)

Regular roofs are common for carports and smaller projects. The roof lays horizontally across the trusses. Since crews can only travel with panels up to a certain length, Regular Roof structures over 36’ will have a horizontal seam in the roof and can’t be warrantied or guaranteed against leaking.

Structures under 36’ are often a very cost-efficient way to complete your project.

A-Frame Roofs (Better)

A-frame roofs are very similar to regular roof projects, with the addition of a standard 6” eave overhang. The roof lies horizontally across the trusses.

Since crews can only travel with panels up to a certain length, A-frame roof structures over 36’ will have a horizontal seam in the roof and can’t be warrantied or guaranteed against leaking. Structures under 36’ are often a very cost-efficient way to complete your project.

Vertical Roofs (Best)

Vertical roofs have the same standard 6” eave overhang the A-frame roofs do, but the roof lies vertically. To accomplish this, a form of purlin (Hat Channel) is installed horizontally across the trusses.

The vertical roof design is considered the best because it sheds rain, snow, and debris with the rolled design of the panels. Think “bowling lanes” versus “speed bumps” for anything landing on your roof.

This is who you want designing, quoting, and installing your metal building. I shopped around and found a variety of reviews and prices. Ultimately, I chose to have quality and customer service be a top priority. Glad I did. Very responsive, patient, and on point. The building came on time, and is what I ordered. The crew did an excellent install, being respectful of my space and the job being done. They worked diligently both days, making sure the job was done right.
